What can I say that I am greatly saddened to hear about Leigh's passing. I have known her since our teens and on through life, seeing her at the IOH pool, going to IOH Methodist, being SCPS middle school moms, and always waving to her when i spotted her driving the trolley tours through Savannah. She was full of sunshine. My deepest sympathies are with the Hendrix family and prayers for comfort and peace at this time. God Bless.

Leigh and I met in middle school and continued to be in contact through high school. Her family lived closed to my grandparents. After many years of seeing her at St. Pat's day I discovered she and her family moved down the street from me in Rio Vista. Her boys were fun and I enjoyed my oldest visiting them. Leigh had a wonderful smile and always was glad to see you. I feel for her family. She was the greatest in so many ways. My thoughts and prayers are extended to her family. God just received an WONDERFUL angel..
